The 51% Movement’s mission is based on the fact that women are 51% of the world population.
And the mission is expressed in our goal to support women owning commercial real estate
and increasing our current ownership ratio from 5% to 51% of the world’s assets.
We support women in rising, owning their power, and claiming their space in society,
culture, and business. Especially in commercial real estate assets,
where ownership and financial independence equals freedom and influence.

I’m Sheryl Vickers.
I’m Founder and CEO of Select Sites Commercial Real Estate.
(And by the way, I’ve also earned the Certified Commercial
Investment Member designation (CCIM) which required
some major, advanced course work in commercial
and investment real estate, financial/market analysis
and more than you might guess.)
I am a commercial real estate broker, developer and investor
focused on premium properties, long-term value
and women-led ownership.
What drives me is a deep sense of justice and social empathy.
At my core, I believe women deserve wealth, respect and power in industries that have historically excluded us.
Women are the family center, so property and assets
should be in our trust.
Because when women steward assets, the finances, the culture
and the future improve for everyone, including men.
After all, we are 51% of the population.
